Substack has no public publishing API. To post to Substack, WriteMode acts from your own browser session — the same way WriteStack does. Your Substack credentials never touch our servers.
Yes — Beehiiv's Create Post endpoint (which WriteMode uses to publish on your behalf) requires a $96/month tier. The free / Launch / Scale plans don't expose this API. We'll let you know if your Beehiiv tier is too low.
No — we send the same content to each platform. Different platforms have different audiences, but the words you wrote should reach all of them. AI rewrites are on the roadmap for Q3.

Every outbound link gets a WriteMode short URL (writemode.cc/t/abc123) that 302-redirects to the real destination. We tag each redirect with utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign, so it shows up cleanly in any analytics tool.
