Service

WriteMode is provided as-is. We aim for 99% availability — Cloudflare Workers have a track record of >99.99%, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Refunds

14-day no-questions-asked refund on all paid plans. Email hello@writemode.cc within 14 days of your first charge.

Acceptable use

Don't use WriteMode to spam, harass, or publish illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate platform terms (Substack, Beehiiv, etc.) or applicable law.

Liability

WriteMode is a tool. You're responsible for the content you publish. We're not liable for lost revenue, missed posts, or platform-side bans.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email you 30 days before any material change.
